Just want to thank you again.  The food was really delicious.  I eat veggie lasagna (because I don't eat meat) but I never really like it very much, because it's often without flavor.  Yours, on the other hand, was truly wonderful.  And people were raving about the meat lasagna.  Not much left of anything, though fortunately, enough for dinner tonight.  I wasn't about to cook!

Hey Tricia,

I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know how MUCH everyone here is loving their food!! So far, I have had beef stew, lemon chicken, chicken/wild rice soup and am currently eating the beef and broccoli. Can I just say how fabulous everything has been?!?! This is just fantastic. Holley was so grateful today that all we had to do was heat up lunch and she told at least 3 people about the soup. Kathleen is completely in love with your service and wonderful food and we all couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much! I will definitely write you more at the end of the trip, but just wanted to say thanks!!!

You simply can't go wrong with Josephine's Kitchen.  I'm a self-proclaimed food snob and I must say that Trish is one amazing cook - the best I know!  I have enjoyed every dish, from appetizer through dessert, she has prepared.  She is not only talented and knowledgeable but creative; she pays attention to the subtle nuances that really make a meal special. 
Her authentic Italian dishes are always wonderful, and her repertoire of menus just astounds me.  Everything is always so mouth-wateringly flavorful. 
Throw a cocktail party and watch your guests go wild over her hors d'oeuvres!  And her main dishes?  Sumptuous!  Fantastic!  Trish always seems to be creating something new and delicious to enjoy, and she puts not only her skill but her heart into everything she cooks.  Her food warms the soul as well as the belly.
